Our Process
Every roof wash starts with a full inspection, checking shingle age and condition, looking for anything loose, damaged, or missing, and identifying where runoff will go.
We then protect the property by wetting down nearby plants and siding, covering sensitive vegetation, and moving outdoor furniture out of the way. From there, we apply a soft wash solution designed to kill moss, algae, and organic growth, working from the top down with very low pressure, never using high pressure on shingles the way some companies do.
Pricing is based on roof size and pitch, and tends to run a bit higher than other services due to the cost of the treatment involved. We provide roof washing throughout Warwick and surrounding Rhode Island communities, as well as the Worcester, Massachusetts area, Seekonk, Fall River, and Foxboro.

Why Roof Washing Matters
Moss, algae, and black streaks aren't just a cosmetic issue, they can trap moisture against your shingles and shorten the life of your roof if left untreated. Soft washing clears that buildup without the risk that high-pressure cleaning poses to shingles, protecting your investment while restoring your roof's appearance.
