Our Process
Every house wash starts with neutralizing the vegetation around your property to protect it, followed by a heavy rinse of the house in sections. We then apply a cleaning solution and let it dwell to kill mildew and organic growth, finishing with a second heavy rinse using just water.
We use soft washing rather than high-pressure cleaning on siding, cedar shingles, and wood trim, since too much pressure can strip paint, force water behind siding, or damage delicate materials. Pricing is based on the size of your home and the type of siding, and a typical house wash takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
All you need to do is make sure your outdoor water is on and the area around your house is clear. We provide house washing throughout Warwick and surrounding Rhode Island communities, as well as the Worcester, Massachusetts area, Seekonk, Fall River, and Foxboro.
