Our Process
We use a two-step process for wood decks, starting with a professional wood-grade cleaner that's allowed to dwell before a heavy rinse, followed by an oxalic acid treatment with a final rinse to brighten and restore the wood.
Composite decking is generally quicker and less expensive to clean than wood, since it doesn't require the same level of treatment.
Pricing depends on the amount of cleaner needed and the overall condition of the deck. We offer coating as an add-on, though we don't provide sealing or staining services. We provide deck cleaning throughout Warwick and surrounding Rhode Island communities, as well as the Worcester, Massachusetts area, Seekonk, Fall River, and Foxboro.

Why Deck Cleaning Matters
Wood and composite decks take on dirt, mildew, and weather damage over time, and left untreated, that buildup can lead to discoloration, slippery surfaces, and premature wear. Routine cleaning helps protect your deck's finish, extends its lifespan, and keeps it safe and looking its best for entertaining or everyday use.
